About your hostess
Sewstine, better known as Christine Millar, MD, is a full time doctor who enjoys making and wearing historic garments in her spare time. She loves sharing her knowledge and passion with the world via Youtube and Instagram. As she feels that building a strong and friendly community is essential to the hobby, she also enjoys organizing and throwing events for the community to gather and celebrate their collective skills at.
In particular, she loves making garments with extravagant and fidgety little details, like full, colorful embroidery, and hand made lace. She is a Baby Lock ambassador, and is also a wife, a proud mother of a human child and two dogs.
