Event Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

  • By purchasing a ticket to or attending this event, you ("Attendee") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and Christine Millar ("Event Organizer").

Right of Admission and Refusal

  • The Event Organizer reserves the right, in her sole and absolute discretion, to refuse admission to any person, refuse the sale of any ticket, or deny entry to any ticket holder, with or without cause and without prior notice. The exercise of this right shall not require explanation or justification to the affected individual.

Cancellation and Refund of Tickets

  • The Event Organizer may, in her sole discretion, cancel any ticket at any time prior to or during the event. In the event of such cancellation, the Attendee may be entitled to a full refund of the ticket purchase price. The Event Organizer shall have no further liability to the Attendee in the event of such cancellation.

Removal from Event

  • The Event Organizer reserves the right to remove any Attendee from the event premises at any time, in her sole and absolute discretion, for any behavior, action, or conduct that the Event Organizer deems inappropriate, disruptive, or otherwise objectionable. Such removal may occur without prior warning, and the Event Organizer is not obligated to provide any explanation for the removal. Refunds in the case of removal shall be granted or denied at the sole discretion of the Event Organizer.

Non-Discrimination

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Event Organizer shall not refuse admission, deny entry, cancel tickets, or remove any Attendee on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Event Organizer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the refusal of admission, cancellation of tickets, or removal from the event pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.

Acknowledgment

  • By completing your ticket purchase or entering the event venue, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and consent to be bound by them.
